with what the write, stress is about the mind. many people can not handle they stress because they do not learn in correct to handle it. In my opinion learning how to handle the stress is important because if someone cannot handle the stress it is trouble not for that person but people surround. It is can make someone do a same thing what he/she do. stress can come in many ways. one of that is for our personality.people surround can accept just because he/she fat or poor. It can make he/she make decision to make a change but with correct way that change can not happen.. so, it make he/she feel not have a reason to stay in this world. it is one example if stress cannot handle correctly.
Atcually, have many way to clear and handle the stress. One of them is make something that activite make you forget the problem for a moment. It like a simple but it become a big impact. Just doing anything like playing football, badminton and many more. It can make you forget the problem and make you life more health and happy. Ask your friends to join together if you feel alone.
Second, find someone that can heard your problem. As we know, to find a true friend that can stay with us went a time we sad or happy. sometime have a people just accept us as a friend because we a rich man. No wonder if time we have a problem all a kind a people just left us behind. This kind of people have at surround us, so you must careful with them because them is a pretend to do nicely with you maybe just want you money. The true friend will accept you as you are. something like lyric in song Count On Me singing by Bruno Mars; you can count on me like one, two, three
i will be there,
and i know when i need you

because that friend supposed to do.
oh yeah.
With this lyric can tell us about how believe person to their friend. So, search you own best friend because you can share anything to him/her.
My opinion for this article is stress can make someone cannot thing nicely. It like virus go to you brain can make you think worst and always do a mistake. It can be impact to your feeling, make you be come sensitive person. Human that have a stress will do a stupid thing until want to kill themself.
it also writer about where the stress coming. the example is from work, school, friend and many more. almost people right now stress because money. Without education their will not get a good job and make their life style is worse.
